Where coaching meets therapy
The best of both worlds …
More reflective than coaching and more proactive than therapy.
My approach combines the professional rigour and compassionate space of the therapy room with the forward focused, dynamic feel of coaching.
Sometimes life gets messy …
Maybe you woke up one day and thought, ‘How did I get here? Where did it all go off the rails? And what on earth can I do to unravel this mess??’
On our own, it can be hard to even know where to start, and even harder to find the motivation and energy to make the necessary changes.
But together we can do amazing things.
We all get it. One minute things seem to be coasting along okay and then you realise that you are in a mess. Maybe it is a sudden change that has created a whole host of problems to untangle or maybe it’s been building for a while.
It might look like:
relationship issues
major life changes
difficulties in your job
awareness of your ADHD
starting a new business
an emotional upheaval in your life
dealing with emerging past traumas
And you suddenly find that life isn’t smooth sailing anymore.

Proactive, strategic intervention combining therapy with coaching
How it works
In my work as a coach and therapist, I have come to recognise that happiness, health and wellbeing require balance. Specifically a balance in three key areas.
Our cognitive world (our thoughts)
Our emotional world (our feelings)
Our somatic world (our embodied sensations)
Each area needs nurturing and development, as well as ongoing maintenance. But we also need to pay attention to the interplay between these areas.
In our work together, I will help you to foster, grow and balance these areas to cover any challenge you might be facing.
I work with clients who:
have ADHD, autism, AuDHD and other neurodiverse diagnoses or suspected conditions
are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm or suffer from panic attacks
have low mood, depression or other psychiatric conditions
are seeking behavioural change to help their sleep, weight, daily routines, addictions and more
feel lonely, isolated or are experiencing conflict or disconnection in a relationship
are a couple seeking deeper connection, increased intimacy or relationship repair
have lost momentum or focus, and feel lost in their work or home life
are women who are struggling to reclaim or understand their identity
men who feel unvalued, unseen and unheld in their relationship and are seeking solutions
are in or have left a damaging narcissistic relationship and seek healing and understanding
are experiencing a life change - leaving home, getting married, peri or menopause, loss of a relationship, grief of a loved one
and much more.
If any of this resonates, then trust me, you are not alone. I have helped countless clients overcome these struggles and go on to live happier, more peaceful and resolute lives.

Neurodiversity and inclusion
I work with many neurodiverse clients to help them embrace their unique approaches to life and the people around them.
In a world that is still working towards inclusion, it can feel a lonely place to navigate with an Austistic, ADHD or AuDHD brain. And while we wait for the world to grow its awareness of the strengths and wonders of the neurodiverse mind, I offer life coaching that understands and honours you in your entirety.
Whether you want to work specifically on issues relating to your neurodiversity or just want a safe space where you do not need to justify, explain or defend the way your brain works, I am here for you.
Together, we can make the changes we want to see in the world.

Work with me
I offer highly effective, personalised sessions.
My MSc in Psychotherapy has given me the breadth of knowledge needed to draw from many therapeutic approaches, including person centred therapies and cognitive therapies, with certifications in CBT, EFT and working as a Certified Professional ADHD coach.
I am trained in RTT trauma treatment which is used by many branches of the NHS and rape and crisis centres around the country to help people recover from traumas of any scale.
I specialise in using the advances of neuroscience and modern psychology to help you improve both your relationship with yourself and your relationships with others. Together we create new beliefs and attitudes to ensure success when tackling life’s challenges.
I am a qualified and committed life coach whose approach centres on respect and empowerment where we work together in a compassionate environment to create achievable and meaningful relationship goals.
This background allows me the freedom and flexibility to choose just the right approach for you. I do not rest on one discipline, but instead am able to offer you the targeted help you need, based wholly on your requirements and lifestyle.
